After having only one leaver in almost two years, 2018 has been a tough year for my team as I have had both the pleasure and burden of seeing 6 members of my team receiving promotion along with the further growth of 3 heads.

The impact of vacancies can be severe for any business but Charlotte's efforts to fill the vacancies as they occurred helped dramatically. So often in previous years I have had to trawl through a mountain of CV's that took far too long to establish...

But this year, Charlotte quickly came to know exactly what I was looking for for each role and would literally provide 5 to 6 CV's for me to hold a telephone screening interview. Regularly all candidates were solid contenders and a tough decision had to be made to trim this down to 2 or 3 for a face to face interview. The result being, top drawer candidates in a fraction of the time.
